摘要 本文研究如何针对复杂扩展式多机系统中功率频率动态过程的特点设计合理的低频减载(UFLS)方案。文中介绍了单机系统模型下UFLS设计的一般方法,讨论了频率过程的特点对UFLS装置的影响,分析了系统频率调节效应系数的概念,在此基础上研究了多机系统中UFLS的整定方法,并给出了华中—华东联网系统(规划网)中UFLS方案的整定结果。 This paper discusses the design of under frequency load shedding scheme in large scale multi-machine power systems according to the main characteristics of power -frequency dynamics. After a brief introduction of the usually used single-generator-to-load approach, the effect of some characteristcs of frequency dynamics in multi-machine power systems on the under frequency load shedding scheme is discussed, and the concept of load frequency regulation coefficient is analysed. Then a general approach to design the under frequency load shedding scheme in multi-machine power systems is proposed, and the resulting scheme of Huazhong and Huadong Integrated Power Systems in China is reported.
