摘要
研究了纯 Co、 Co-2Ce及 Co-5Ce合金在 600~800 ℃(的温度下在)空气中的氧化行为.纯Co的氧化基本符合抛物线规律.Co-Ce合金的氧化过程近似由二个抛物线阶段组成.Co-Ce合金表面的氧化膜由 Co的氧化物和 CeO2组成.含Ce氧化物继承了原始合金中的金属间化合物相Co17Ce2的分布形貌Co-5Ce合金的氧化比 Co-2Ce合金快合金内氧化严重还讨论了 Co-Ce合金的氧化机制.
The oxidation of Co, Co-2Ce and Co-5Ce at 600-800 in air has been studied. The oxidation of pure Co followed the parabolic oxidation rate law at the three temperatures. The oxidation process for Co-Ce alloys consisted of two approximately parabolic stages. The oxide scale grown on the Co-Ce alloys was composed of Co oxides and CeO2. The Ce-containing oxides followed the distribution of the original intermetallic compound Co17Ce2 in the alloys. The Co-5Ce alloy was oxidized faster than the Co-2Ce alloy. The alloys suffered from serious internal oxidation. The oxidation mechanism of the Co-Ce alloys was also discussed.
