摘要 目的 :用国产原料和设备研制静脉脂肪乳剂。方法 :通过高压匀化机使乳粒产生高速碰撞和空穴作用 ,降低乳粒直径 ,并控制高压匀化时乳剂的温度来提高其稳定性。结果 :通过数次匀化可获得粒子小、均匀性好、人体易于吸收的脂肪乳剂。结论 :安全地输注给上千例病人 ,表明本制剂工艺具有科学性和实用性。 OBJECTIVE The intravenous fat emulsion was prepared with raw materials and equipments made in china.METHODS Particle size of emulsion would significantly reduced with high pressure homogenizer,which lead particles of the emulsion to produce high speed impact and cavitation.The stability of emlsion was improved when the temperature of the emulsion was controlled during high pressure homogeniziation process.RESULTS After it was homogenized for several times,the fine homogeneous fat emulsion would be obtained which could be easily absorbed by patient.CONCLUSIONS The preparation has been used by thousands of patients since its approval in 1997,the preparation technology of the emulsion was scientific and practicable.
