孕中期妇女碘摄人影响因素的研究

摘要 目的:了解影响孕中期妇女碘摄入量的营养和其他方面的因素。方法:选择3~6个月的孕妇为调查对象,采用逐步回归分析方法来寻找孕中期妇女碘营养状况主要影响因素。结果:影响碘摄入量的主要因素有:总蛋白摄入量(β=0.456)、人均月收入(β=0.141)、常吃富含碘食物(β=0.134)、常吃腌制食品(β=-0.123)和经常偏食(β=-0.115)。 In order to investigate influence factors of mid-pregnancy women' s iodine intake, 281 mid-pregnancy women who have 3 - 6 months pregnancy age were successively selected from the obstetric outpatient department. Stepwise Regression Analysis were applied to analyses the nutritional and other factors affecting mid-pregnancy women' s iodine intake. The results showed that the main factors effected evidently mid-pregnancy women s iodine intake were gross protein intake, eating iodine enriched foods frequently, income and food preference.
