摘要
经济的国际法是国际经济法的基本框架 ,国际经济法缺乏体系性、确定性和一致性 ,WTO对发展中国家有许多不利之处 ,必须在本国经济的发展和开放中对此保持清醒的认识。
The international law of economy is the basic framework of international economical law.The international economical law lacks of integration,definition and uniformity.WTO has many disadvantages to the developing countries.It should keep a clear mind in opening to outside and developing national economy.
