摘要
目的和方法:观察应用654-2和肠道吸附剂治疗油酸造成兔呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)时左心室功能的变化。结果:(1)油酸组60和90min时左心室功能明显低于对照组(P<0.01);(2)654-2组和肠道吸附剂组左心室功能显著高于油酸组(P<0.05和P<0.01);(3)油酸组90min时血浆和肺泡灌洗液中的中分子物质浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而654-2或肠道吸附剂均可明显减少油酸所致的中分子物质的增多(P<0.01)。结论:RDS过程可使左心功能降低,而654-2或肠道吸附剂均可防治左心功能的降低。
AIM: Dynamic changes of cardiac function during pulmonary injury induced by oleic acid(OA) were studied.METHODS:The animal were treated with 654-2 or enterosorbent and found out a probable mechanism of cardiac function change.RESULTS:(1)Left ventricular function (LVF) at 60min and 90min of OA group was lower than control group.(2)LVF of 654-2+OA group or enterosorbent+OA group was higher than OA group (3) At 90min middle molecular substances(MMS) content in plasma and BALF of OA group was higher that control group. However MMS in 654-2+OA group or enterosorbent group was lower than OA group CONCLUSION:The respiratory distress syndrome(RDS) could decrease cardiac function and 654-2 or enterosorbent could protect decreasing of cardiac function during RDS. Meanwhile there is relations between the changes of cardiac function and MMS content.
