摘要
农村宗族势力目前呈膨胀之势，其原因一是能补社会救助功能之不足，二是能满足农民“本体性”需求，三是国内外环境的影响，四是厚重宗族文化积淀之折射。宗族群体的兴起给农村社会治安带来了某些负面效应，但如果有关部门不视其为“异端”，努力使其与社会主义事业整合，定期对族房长培训学习，责成其管好族人，则不仅可大大减轻政府工作量，改善形象，还将有利于农村的综合治理。
The influence of rural patriarchal clans is expanding.One reason is that it can supplement the deficiency the of the social relief function;secondly,it can satisfy the peasants′ self－ demand,thirdly ,it is affected by forerign and domestic environments;fourthly,it is reflection of the thick deposit of patriocrchal culture.The rising influence of patriarchal clans has brought some negative effect on rural social order.But if departments concerned don′ t regard it as‘ Monster’ ,and combine its legal parts with socialistic course;if departments concerned give regular training to the heads of clans,require them to discipline members of clans,then it can not only relieve lots of working load of the goverment,improve their own images,but also do good to the comprehensive administration of rural areas.
