摘要 目的 观察降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)对急性分离心肌细胞在模拟缺血缺氧状态下胞内钙的影响 .方法 急性分离心肌细胞在模拟缺血缺氧状态下 ,以 Fluo- 3作为钙指示剂 ,用共聚焦显微镜测定胞内钙的变化 .结果 急性缺血缺氧时 ,心肌细胞胞内钙浓度降低 ,加入 CGRP后 ,钙浓度恢复 ;先加入 CGRP,再在缺血缺氧的条件下 ,胞内钙浓度基本保持不变 .结论  AIM To observe the effect of CGRP on intracellular calcium concentration in acute isolated cardiomyocytes under ischemia and hypoxia conditions. METHODS The acute isolated cardiomyocytes were rendered ischemia and hypoxia, and intracellular calcium concentration was measured with the fluorescent Ca 2+ indicator Fluo 3 and laser scanning confocal microscopy. RESULTS Acute hypoxia and ischemia induced the decrease of intracellular calcium concentration in acute isolated cardiomyocytes, while CGRP could reverse these changes. But the intracellular calcium concentration almost remained steady when the acute isolated cardiomyocytes were put under acute hypoxia and ischemia conditions following the adding of CGRP. CONCLUSION CGRP can reverse the decrease of intracellular calcium concentration caused by acute hypoxia and ischemia.
