摘要
以X -XOD体系产生O2 ,Luminol作为发光增强剂 ,采用化学发光法测定了 12种黄酮体清除O2 反应的速率常数k3,k3值在 10 - 5~ 10 - 6(mol/L) - 1·s- 1之间 .以k3值的大小作为指标 ,对黄酮体的结构与清除O2 活力之间的关系进行了研究 ,表明 4′ -OH和△2 ( 3) 双键是清除O2 的主要活性部位。
The reaction rate constants(k 3) of scavenging O 2 of 12 species of flavonoids were determined by chemiluminescene,taking the X-XOD system to produce O 2 and luminol as a promoter,which located in the range of 10 -5 ~10 -6 (mol/L) -1 ·S -1 .The relationship between the structure of flavonoids and their scavenging activity on O 2 was analyzed taking k 3 as comparing indexed.Results show 4′-OH and △ 2(3) doublebond seem to be the key sites to O 2 .
