摘要
用含50~150mg/LF-的自来水喂饲Wistar大鼠4个月及一年,探讨中长周期慢性氟中毒对骨转换的影响及其机理。结果表明,加氟组大鼠骨氟含量明显增加,干骺端骺板软骨下方骨小梁明显增多、排列紊乱,形态计量学研究也证实平均骨小梁宽度及骨小梁占视域面积百分数二项参数均有增加,同时,破骨细胞计数亦明显增加。但血浆Ca2+、血清总Ca、ALP活性、PTH及BGP含量均无明显变化。证明:过量氟可刺激成骨活性及破骨活性,促进骨转换增强,导致骨量增加。
An experimental model of chronic fluoridepoisoning was produced in Wistar rats kept on stock diet and drinking water supplemented with excess fluoride (50 ̄150mg/L F-) for four months and one year respectively.The results showed that in the drinking excess F- group,the content of bone fluoride elevated significantly,the number of bone trabecula and osteoclasts increased significantly,but plasmic ionized calcium,serum total calcium,ALP activity,PTH and BGP value did not change as compared with the control group.These results indicated that excess fluoride stimulated directly both boneforming and boneresorbing activity,enhanced the bone turnover,and induced the increase of the bone mass.
