高氟与补硒对大鼠甲状腺影响的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 观察了60只饮用30mg/L或50mg/L高氟水及加硒大鼠的尿氟、甲状腺组织结构及其激素变化。结果显示尿氟随饮高氟水时间延长而升高,补硒在早期可增加尿氟排泄;早期甲状腺滤泡上皮增生活跃、游离甲状腺激素升高;后期甲状腺滤泡上皮出现退行性变,FT3和T4水平降低。提示高氟使甲状腺早期兴奋,甲功高度代偿,后期抑制甲状腺使甲功低下;氟与甲状腺组织及功能的改变与摄氟时间密切相关。  The metabolism of urinary fluoride,thyroid tissue structure and thyroid hormones in sixty rats drunk high fluoride water with 30 or 50mg Fper liter and fed with the selenium (Se) 2.0mg per kilogram were observed to study the effects of high fluoride and supplied Se on thyroid.Results indicated that levels of urinary fluoride raised along with the prolongation of months after drinking high F and excretive contents increased at early stage (4 months) after supplying Se.Thyroid follicular epithelial cells were proliferated actively,and at the same time,the levels of serum free thyroid hormones were higher than those of the control group at early stage.But at late stage (8 months) thyroid follicular epithelial cells appeared retrograde degenerative changes and levels of serum FT3,T4 were lower than those of the control group.There were some relationships between Se and thyroid hormones.It suggested that fluoride could excite thyroid gland,making thyroid functions in state of high compensation at early stage,but could inhibit thyroid gland causing hypothyroidism at late stage.The changes of fluoride and thyroid tissues or thyroid functions were in close relationship with months after drinding fluoride water
