摘要
采用猪油或玉米油的高脂高胆固醇饲料诱导出大鼠高血脂模型，并以基础饲料为对照，观察了各组动物的血清钙、镁、铜、锌、铁、铬和锰的变化。结果表明，高血脂动物血清铜／锌比值低于对照组，血清铜、镁、铬和铜／锌比值与血脂中总胆固醇（ＴＣ）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）呈负相关，血清铬与ＬＤＬ－Ｃ负相关。还观察了各种元素与大脑脂褐素及脂质过氧化物之间的关系。
The hyper lipomia rats were induced with high fat and high cholesterol diets of lard or maize oil.The changes of serum Ca,M,Cu,Zn,Fe,Cr and Mn in hyper lipomia rats were measured comparing with the control group.The results showed that the ratio of serum cu/Zn in hyper lipomia animal was lower than that in comtrol.There were negative correlations between Cu and TC,Cu and LDL-C,Cu/Zn and TC,Cu/Zn and LDL-C,Cr and LDL-C,Mg and TC,Mg and LDL-C.The realtions of elements with the brain lipofuscin (LPF)and lipid peroxide (MDA)were observed.
