摘要
目的 :观察前列地尔治疗肺心病心衰的疗效。方法 :用前列地尔 10 0～ 2 0 0 μg加入 10 %葡萄糖溶液2 5 0mL中静脉滴注 ,qd ,连续 7～ 10d。结果 :3 4例患者中显效 2 1例 ,有效 10例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率 91.2 %。平均缓解天数 7d。结论 :前列地尔是治疗肺心病心衰很有效的药物 。
Objective: To observe the effect of PGE 1 i n treatment of heart failure caused by cor pulmonale. Method: 100-200 μg of PGE 1 was added to 250 mL of 10% glucose and administered by intravenous drip to patients once per day for 7-10 days. Results: Of the 34 cases, 21 cases were significantly improved, 10 cases impr oved while only 3 cases remained the same as before. The total effective rate wa s 91%. The mean time of improvement was 7 days. Conclusion: PGE 1 is effective in treating cor pulmonale heart failure, it can help decr ease the danger of digitalis toxication.
