摘要 目的 :探讨TGF - β受体在人牙胚发育过程中的表达和意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法观察TGF - β受体在人牙胚发育过程中的表达情况。结果 :人钟状期TGF - βⅠ型、Ⅱ 型受体在内釉细胞、外釉细胞、牙乳头细胞中染色阳性 ;正在分泌硬组织基质的成牙本质细胞和成釉细胞TGF - βⅠ型、Ⅱ 型受体呈强阳性表达 ;Ⅲ 型受体在前成釉细胞、外釉细胞、牙乳头细胞、成牙本质细胞、成釉细胞以及牙囊中呈弱阳性表达。结论 :TGF - β受体参与了牙胚发育。 Aim:To observe the expression and effect of TGF-β receptors in human tooth germ.Methods:To examine TGF-βⅠR,TGF-βⅡR and TGF-βⅢR in human tooth germ by immunohistochemical technique.Results:TGF-βⅠR,TGF-βⅡR were positive stained in inner,outer enamel and dental papilla cells and strong positive in functional odontoblasts and ameloblasts;TGF-βⅢR was weak stained in preameloblasts,outer enamel epithelia,dental papilla cells,odontoblasts and ameloblasts and sac cells.Conclusion:TGF-β receptors were closely related with tooth development.
