摘要
运用铸造烧结技术 ,在铸铁件表面合成了厚度为 3~ 4mm的 Fe- Ti C表面复合材料。该表面复合材料中同时含有铬的碳化物和大量的 Ti C颗粒 ,表面复合材料的硬度由表及里逐步降低。在重载干滑动磨损条件下 。
Using a cast sintering technique,an Fe TiC surface composites which consist of chromium carbides and a mass of TiC particles was synthesized on a surface of cast iron.From the outside in,the as cast hardness of the surface composites decreased gradually.Under the condition of dry slipping with a heavy load,the Fe TiC surface composites offer virually unique wear resistance.
