摘要
传统的扁钢丝 ,特别是宽厚比大于 5的扁钢丝生产工艺复杂 ,能耗高 ,生产周期长 ,且大多需要多次的退火热处理 ,在没有保护气氛的条件下很容易脱碳。采用电接触加热的方法 ,将钢丝加热到轧制温度 ,一次粗轧成型 ,很好地解决了传统生产工艺上存在的问题。可提高成材率 3% ,降低能耗 2 5 %~ 40 %
