绝经后女体育教师与非运动老年女性骨密度和骨代谢生化标志物的研究 被引量:21

The BMD and Bone Metabolism Biochemical Markers Between Aged Postmenopausal Regularly Exercising Women and Non-exercise Aged Women

摘要 本研究以北京体育大学 40名健康的绝经后女教师为研究对象 ,利用单光子 (SPA)和双能X线 (DXA)骨密度仪对该人群的桡尺骨、腰椎、左髋骨密度进行了测量 ,使用自动生化分析仪测定该人群的血钙 (Ca)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平及尿钙与肌酐 (Ca/Cr)比值。通过数据统计 ,探讨SPA与DXA在测量值上的相关性 ,比较运动老年女性与非运动老年女性在骨密度、骨矿、骨形成和骨吸收生化标志物上的差别 ,从而明确运动对骨量和骨代谢活动的影响。 Forty healthy postmenopausal women of Beijing University of Physical Education were chosen as our subjects. They were divided into exercise and non-exercise groups in accordance to their occupation. We measured Bone Mineral Density(BMD) at different sites of the subjects. The levels of serum Ca,ALP and urinary Ca/Cr were measured by Analyzer Medical System. After statistical analyses, we explored the differences in the levels of the SPA and DXA, and the differences in the levels of serum Ca,ALP and urinary Ca/Cr between exercise group and non-exercise group. Thus, the definite effect of exercise on bone mass and bone metabolism was concluded.
