本文为碳素刀片刃口提供一种耐磨涂层离子镀膜工艺、涂层厚度为0.02—0.5μm,详细介绍轰击电压、偏压、温度、厚度控制等工艺参数对涂层性能的影响。
An ion plating technology for superhard coating is provided for the edge of razor blade, with the coating thickness being from 200 to 300 angstroms.In addition,effect of the technological parameters, such asbombardingvoltage, piasingvoltage, temperatureandthickness control etc. on the coating performance, as well as the points for attention inproduction are introduced in detail.
