摘要
通过最佳加剂条件筛选 ,长庆原油添加 30 ppm的降凝剂GY3,其凝点、反常点和低温表观粘度有大幅度降低。当重复加热温度低于 6 0℃时 ,重复加热会对加剂原油的低温流变性产生不利影响 ,重复加热温度越低 ,影响越大。当高速剪切温度低于 30℃时 ,高速剪切将恶化加剂原油的低温流变性 ,特别是在原油的析蜡高峰区高速剪切 ,会使原油的低温流变性严重恶化。
Of several commonly used commercial pour point depressants a long chain alkyl acrylate polymer, GY3, is selected to treat a paraffinic crude oil from Changqing and optimal technological parameters of treating are established. Introducing 30 ppm of GY3 and heating the crude at 60℃ lead to depression of its pour point from 22℃ to 10℃ and of its abnormal point from 27℃ to 20℃ and to notable decrease of its apparent viscosity at low temperatures. Repeated heating at <60℃ or intensive shearing at <30℃ and at the peak interval of wax precipitation(~30—25℃), particularly, exert negative influences on rheological behavior of the GY3 treated Changqing crude oil.
