摘要
本文研究了注入镍离子并在高真空下经100~700℃热处理1小时的钛电极在5%NaCl+0.01MHCl溶液中的氮析出反应.发现经过热扩散处理的电极的交换电流密度i.比未经处理的电极提高两个数量级.这种结果是由于电极表面镍浓度的增加所引起的.
Ni-implanted Ti electorde were treated by thermodiffusion in higher vacuum for 1 h at the temperature from 100-700℃,and the hydrogen evolution reaction was then studied at the electrodes in the solution of 0.856mol/1 NaCl plus 0.01mol/1HCl. Two orders of magnitude increases in exchanging current density i_0 were recorded for the thermodiffusion-treated electrodes compared with untreated one.The effect is caused by the increase of nickel concentration on the electrode surface.
