摘要
目的和方法 :采用溶血试验 ,小鼠组织谷胱甘肽 (GSH)、脂质过氧化产物 (MDA)测定 ,采用质粒构象改变等方法检测甲酸钠的抗氧自由基损伤活性。结果 :甲酸钠明显抑制H2 O2 致人红细胞 (RBC)溶血作用 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;明显提高小鼠肝GSH水平 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;抑制小鼠肝、肾脂质过氧化的产生 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;抑制受辐射质粒PUC18超螺旋构象百分率的下降 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :甲酸钠具有明显抗氧自由基损伤的活性 ,是一个良好的自由基清除剂。
Objective:To investigate the activity of sodium formate (SF) as a free radical scavenger. Methods:The anti oxygen free radical activity of sodium formate was determined by hemolysis test and measurement of GSH、MDA levels in mice tissue homogenates and the conformation changes of irradiated PUC 18 . Results:SF significantly reduced the hemolysis level of human RBC induced by H 2O 2( P <0.05 or P <0 01),increased the GSH levels in mice liver homogenate and decreased the MDA levels in mice liver and kidney homogenates ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). SF could prevent the decline of the percentage of the supercoil conformation of plasmid PUC 18 irradiated with 120Gy of 60 Coγ rays.( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: SF is an oxygen free radical scavenger, it can prevent the oxygen free radical damage.
