铜绿假单孢菌对氟喹诺酮类抗生素的耐药机制 被引量:1

摘要 本文对近年来铜绿假单孢杆菌对氟喹诺酮类抗生素耐药机制的研究进展进行简要综述 .氟喹诺酮类抗生素作用的靶位点DNA促旋酶和拓扑异构酶Ⅳ各亚基的编码基因gyrA和gyrB基因与parC和parE基因的突变与其耐药性有关 ;外膜通透性屏障和主动外排系统的协同作用使铜绿假单孢菌对多种类型抗菌药物耐药 .
