摘要
在碱性条件下,将3,5-二硝基水杨酸与乳糖共同加热后,乳糖可将前者还原成棕红色的氨基化合物,在一定的浓度范围内,棕红色物质的颜色的深浅与乳糖含量成正比。用双波长法扣除显色液中背景的吸收,可消除蛋白质等杂质的干扰,省去分离蛋白质这一步骤,使该法具有简便,快速等特点。
Lactose was heated together with 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid underbasic condition and the latter was reduced to a red-brown amino compound bylactose.The colourity is postitively correlative to the lactose content in cert-ain regions.Dual-wavelength spectrophotometry was used to test the colourand correct for background absorbance in this experiment.This is an easy andfast method since it drops out the protein separation process.
