摘要
目的 探讨青光眼滤过术后失败的青光眼白内障患者施行超声乳化折叠人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术的安全性和手术效果。 方法 对 32例 (32眼 )青光眼术后失败的患者经颞上方巩膜隧道切口行超声乳化吸除 ,作 1.5～ 2 .0 mm小梁切除术 ,对术后视力、眼压进行 6个月～ 2年的随访。 结果 术后 6个月 2 1眼视力在 0 .5以上 (6 6 % ) ,6眼视力达 0 .1～ 0 .4(18% ) ,术后眼压保持在12 .2 3～ 2 0 .5 5 mm Hg的 2 7眼 (84.3% )。 结论 超声乳化白内障吸除折叠人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼滤过术后失败的青光眼白内障是一种有效、安全的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the safety and efficiency of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implant and trabeculectomy in patients with glaucoma and cataract after filtrating surgery failure Methods Thirty-two cases (32 eyes) patients underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implant and trabeculectomy after filtrating surgery failure Outcome measures included intraocular pressure (IOP) and visual acuity The followed-up periods ranged from 6 months to 2 years Results In 21 of the 32 eyes(66%), postoperative visual acuity were above 05 In 6 of the 32 eyes(18%),postoperative visual acuity were between 01 to 04 In 27 of 32 eyes(843%), postoperative IOP were between 1223 to 2055 mmHg Conclusion phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implant and trabeculectomy in patients with glaucoma and cataract after filtrating surgery failure is a safe and effective treatment for these patients
