摘要
高等学校的科研要适应市场经济和知识经济时代发展的需要 ,关键是要彻底改革不相适应的科研管理体制 ,提高当前的科研管理水平。就高等学校文科科研管理来说 ,深化体制改革、加强学科建设和科研队伍建设、改革科研机构和改变管理模式是提高管理水平的重要途径。本文结合当前的形势和高等学校文科科研管理工作的现状 。
Scientific research in universities should keep abreast of the times of market-oriented economy and intellectual economy, which requires to reform the inappropriate management system of scientific research and raise the management level. For the management of social science research, it is important to deepen the system reform, develop research subjects, strengthen research teams, adjust research organization and improve management models. This paper, in light of the current situation of the management of scientific research, analyzes the existing problems and proposes some corresponding measures.
