摘要
本文从“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目的实施现状出发,针对开放教育生源结构、教学模式、运行机制诸方面的特殊性和复杂性,认真研究分析了传统的教育质量观及教学质量评估的局限性和主要适用领域,提出开放教育是“大众教育”的重要组成部分,其人才培养目标和规格有别于“精英教育”的观点。据此作者提出,应建立基于开放教育的科学的质量观以及与之相适应的教学评估体系。作者同时对这种评估体系的基本特征进行了初步描述。
This article studies the special and complicated features of the recruitment, the teaching mode and running mechanism of open education. And also it analyzes the restriction and application field of the traditional sense of quality and teaching evaluation. It puts forward that open education is an important part of “massive education”, and its goal is different from that of the “elite education”. The author suggests that scientific and appropriate sense of quality and teaching evaluation mode should be established.
