摘要 以聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、多异氰酸酯PAPI、复合催化剂、发泡剂HCFC 141b等为原料 ,制备了用于建筑隔热板材的组合聚醚及改性聚异氰脲酸酯 (PIR)泡沫。该组合聚醚具有较好的贮存稳定性 ;泡沫制品的密度约 38kg/m3,压缩强度约 2 2 2kPa ,拉伸强度约 2 56kPa ,导热系数约 0 .0 19W / (m·K) ,阻燃性能符合GB86 2 4B2级 ,尺寸稳定性良好 ,产品性能与国外同类产品相当。讨论了催化剂等因素对泡沫性能的影响。 A premixed polyol and the modified polyisocyanurate foam for sandwich panel using as building materials were prepared from polyether polyol, polyester polyol,PAPI,compound catalyst and blowing agent HCFC 141b,etc.The storage stability of the premixed polyol is good.The foam density is about 38 kg/m 3,compressive strength is about 222 kPa,tensile strength is 256 kPa,thermal conductivity is 0.019 W/(m·K),and the flame retardancy is accord with Class B2 of GB8624,dimensional stability is good.The performance of the product is similar with the similar importing grade.The effects of some factor such as catalyst on the foam properties are discussed.
