摘要 在分析极化磁系统工作气隙磁通时,采用简化等效磁路来考虑因设置副极面而导致工作气隙磁通变化的因素,用麦克斯韦电磁吸力公式来计算其闭合气隙的力与力矩.建立了考虑设置副极面磁阻变化和主极面收缩段铁芯磁阻的数学模型,分析了各参数的影响.从理论上证实设置副极面可以明显改变闭合气隙的保持力矩,并得到存在最优的主、副极面宽度比以及在较大的KR=R2/R1(工作气隙磁阻之比)时存在最优B(副极面、主极面的气隙长度之比)的结论. The changes resulting from the adoption of auxiliary polar in a relay with a polarized magnetic system in latching torque and attractive torque characteristics in the area of acting (or releasing) position were described. The parameters of auxiliary polar and the of a simplified equivalent magnetic circuit were used for considering the effect on the gap flux of working gap by the auxiliary polar during the analysis of the gap flux of polarized magnetic system. The calculation of the force and torque of closed gap by the Maxwell electromagnetic attractive force expressions was presented. The mathematical model considering the change of reluctance after setting auxiliary polar and the iron reluctance of contracting segment in the main polar was established. It was proved theoretically that the latching torque of closed gap can be changed obviously by the auxiliary polar. There is the optimized width ratio of main and auxiliary polars and the optimized value of β (the ratio of working gap reluctance) when kR=R2/R1 (the gap length ratio of auxiliary and main polar) is large.
