摘要
对高平均功率输出的二极管侧面抽运声光调Q腔内倍频Nd∶YAG固体激光器进行了研究 ,当采用 35个 15W的连续激光二极管阵列抽运时 ,在重复频率为 10kHz下 ,实现了最大平均功率为 5 6W的 5 32nm倍频激光输出。光 光转换效率为 11% ,电 光转换效率为 3 7%。
Intracavity-frequency-doubled with KTP, A-O Q- switched diode-side-pumped Nd∶YAG laser was developed. The Nd∶YAG laser was pumped by 35×15-W cw diode arrays and generated maximum average power of 56 W at 532nm with 10-kHz repetition rate. The optical-to-optical conversion efficiency and the electrical-to-optical conversion efficiency are 11% and 3.7%, respectively.
