摘要
建立了以非洲菊幼小花托为外植体的离体快繁技术 ,繁殖系数可达 5倍 / 2 0天~ 7倍 / 2 0天左右。诱导培养基以B5+ 10mg/LBA + 0 .1mg/LIAA最佳 ,继代增殖以MS + 1mg/LBA + 0 .1mg/LIAA为宜 ,生根培养以 1/ 2MS+ 0 .0 1mg/LIBA效果最好。细胞学和形态学观察表明再生植株的形态和染色体无异常现象 。
The floral receptacles of 4 cultivars of Gerbera jamesonii Bolux were used as explants for rapid micropropagation.A satisfactory procedure was established with a multiplication rate of 5 times/20d~7 times/20 d.The optimum medium was B 5+10 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L IAA for shoot induction,MS+1 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L IAA for subculture and 1/2MS+0.01mg/L IBA for rooting.The regenerated plantlets proved to be genetically stable with no abnormality when examined cytologically and morphologically.
