摘要
[目的]评价托烷司琼(欧必亭)用于儿童恶性肿瘤病人化疗时控制恶心呕吐的疗效和毒性。[方法]托烷司琼每日5mg/m2(最大量5mg/d) ,30例病人既往化疗时出现呕吐 ,本次共使用欧必亭46疗次。[结果]控制恶心的有效率为76 1 %～95 6 % ,控制呕吐的有效率为76 1 %～97 8 % ,无严重副作用出现。[结论]欧必亭用于儿童恶性肿瘤病人有效而且安全。
To evaluate the anti_emetic effect and toxicity of tropisetron in children with malignant tumor who received chemotherapy.Tropisetron was given to 30 children with malignant tumor.Generally,tropisetron (5mg/m2·d,maximum 5mg/d) was administered intravenously in chemotherapy.The response rate in controlling nausea was 76 1%～95 6%,while in controlling vomiting was 76 1%～97 8%.No serious adverse effect was observed.[Conclusion]Tropisetron is effect and safe in children with malignant tumor.
