摘要
目的改进长管骨骨折内固定器具。方法设计自动加压接骨器,采用生物力学、动物实验、同位素扫描和临床应用予以验证。结果力学研究显示:其抗弯和抗扭曲强度均优于临床常用的AO加压接骨板;动物实验研究显示:该接骨器在肌肉收缩和肢体负重的条件下,具有自动加压作用;同位素扫描显示其骨折愈合明显早于AO加压接骨板,其钩齿状界面对骨折端血供干扰较小。临床应用537例显示:尤其适用于长管骨粉碎骨折(412例),也可有效地用于长管骨骨折延迟愈合和不愈合(103例)的治疗。结论自动加压接骨器是一种新型四肢长管骨骨折内固定器具,在许多方面优于常用骨折内固定器具,临床效果满意。
Objective To impove the internal fixation device of long bone fractures. Methods The automatic compression fixator was designed and its properties were testified by biomechanic, animal experiments, isotope scanning and clinical applications. Results The biomechanical study showed the bending and torsional strength of the device were better than those of AO plate. The animal experiments indicated that the device had an automatic compression effect passing muscular constriction and loading after fracture fixation. The isotope scaning noted that the fracture healing was earlier by the treatment of the device than by the teatment of AO plate,and the interface was good for vascular growth in the fracture healing progress. Clinical results in 537 cases suggested that the device was applicable to the comminuted fractures especially( 412 cases),and for the treatment of delayed union and ununion of long bone fracture with the device( 103 cases). Conclusion The automatic compression fracture fixation device was a new internal fixation device for the treatment of long bone fractures, and was superior to other ones in many aspects. The clinical results were satisfactory, and there were fewer complications.
