Determination of Arsenic and Antimony in Pure Copper and Its Compounds by Hydride Generation-Nondispersive Atomic Fluoresence Spectrometry

摘要 氢化物—无色散原子荧光法用于纯铜及其化合物中砷、锑的测度。氢化物反应最佳介质为1.5mol/L盐酸溶液。对砷、锑的检出限分别为0.15ppb和0.26ppb,相对标准偏差分别为4.06%和5.29%,共存离子干扰予以消除,获得准确和可靠的结果。 Hydride generation-nondispersive atomic flouresence spectrometric method has been developed for the determination of As and Sb in pure Copper and its compounds. 1.5mol/ L HCl was selected as the best medium for hydride reaction. The detection limits are 0.15ppb (for As) and 0.26ppb (for Sb) and the relative standard deviations are 4.06%(for As) and 5.29%(for Sb), respectively. Interferences caused by diveres ions have been carefully examined. The results obtained are accurate and reliable.
