摘要
研究了秦岭火地塘林区油松、华山松、锐齿栎和华北落叶松4个树种根际微区土壤特性,结果表明:4个树种根际土壤的pH值均低于非根际土壤,其中华北落叶松影响最明显,pH值相差达1个单位,锐齿栎影响最小;有机质含量4个树种则均是根际土壤大于非根际土壤,锐齿栎根际土壤的有机质含量最高;全N、水解N和速效K含量,在根际出现一定程度的富积;速效P则在根际土壤明显产生亏缺;全P在根际土壤和非根际土壤之间的差异不明显;土壤微生物总量和3种土壤酶活性均为根际土壤高于非根际土壤,说明根系的生理代谢活动能明显增强根际土壤生物活性和物质转化速率。
Soil properties of rhizosphere microregion of the four kinds of trees Pinus tabulaeformis, Pinus armandi, Quercus aliena var. acuteserrata and Larix principis rupprechtii in Huoditang forest region of Qinling were studied, the result showed: ① the pH values of rhizosphere soil about the four kinds of trees were all lower than that of nonrhizosphere soil. From these pH value differences, it could be seen that L. principis rupprechtii is the clearest affecting factor, but the affecting function of Q. aliena var. acuteserrata is lowest; ②the contents of organic matter of the rhizosphere soil for the four kinds of trees were all more than that of nonrhizosphere soil, among them, it of the rhizosphere soil for Q. aliena var. acuteserrata is highest;③the contents about total nitrogen and hydrolytic nitrogen as well as available potassium was rich in the rhizosphere soil, but the content of available phosphorus was clearly deficient in it; ④the differences of the content of total phosphorus were not clear between rhizosphere soil and nonrhizosphere soil ; ⑤the total soil microorganism and enzymatic activity of three kinds of soil in the rhizosphere soil were all higher than these in nonrhizosphere soil ,the fact showed that the physiological metabolism of root system could clearly heighten biological activity of rhizosphere soil and the rate of matter transformation.
