摘要
目的探讨准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术（ＰＲＫ）治疗近视眼再次手术的效果。方法对再次ＰＲＫ手术经半年以上随访的１８例（３１眼）的手术前、后的屈光情况、视力和并发症等临床资料行统计分析。结果再手术后半年内屈光度变化规律与常规ＰＲＫ手术一致，术后半年１８眼屈光度在±１Ｄ以内，２２眼视力≥０．５，角膜ＨＡＺＥ明显减轻（Ｐ＜０．０５）；无特殊并发症。结论对第１次ＰＲＫ术后近视欠矫、回退和角膜混浊者行再次ＰＲＫ治疗是有效和安全的。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the results of reoperation on the treatment of myopia with photorefractive keratectomy(PRK).MethodsClinical materials including pre and post operative refractive conditions,visual acuities and complications of 31 myopic eyes in 18 patients receiving reoperation with PRK were analysed.The patients had been followed up for more than 6 mon.Results6 mon after the second operation with PRK the power of refractive error in 18 eyes was found to be≤+1D,the visual acuity in 22 eyes to be ≥0.5,and the corneal haze was obviously diminished.No other complication was found in these series.ConclusionReoperation with PRK for under correction,regression and heavy corneal haze after the first operation with PRK for myopia is an effective and safe remedial meassure.
