摘要
新络合物 Bu_2Sn(phen)(Fu)_2·KCl 是在碱性 K_2CO_3和 DMF 溶液中.由 Bu_2SnCl_2(phen)和5-氟尿嘧啶两种化合物合成的产物.经无素测定,紫外光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振(’H)谱分析.结果表明该产物是一种新络合物.其5-氟尿嘧啶分子作为单一配体,通过其分子中N_(1)或 N_(3)按均等机会与 Sn(Ⅳ)络合.
The new antitumor complex Bu_2Sn(phen)(Fu)_2·KCl is a product synthesized by two compound,Bu_2SnCl_2(phen)and 5-fluoro-uracil,in alkaline(K_2CO_3)DMF solution.The product is indicated by elementary analysis,UV spectrum,IR spectrum,and NMR spectrum to be a new complex compound.A comparison is made between the ′H-NMR spectrum of the product and that of 5-fluorouracil.The comparison shows that the molecule of 5-fluorouracil in the complex as an unidentate ligand coordinates,by way of its N(1)or N(3)equally in chance,with Sn(Ⅳ).
