摘要
采用问卷法对195名护士的工作压力反应与适应机制进行了调查、统计分析的结果表明,护士人群的身心压力反应明显。其中精神紧张,易激惹,心情抑郁,敏感性增强,睡眠障碍者发生率高,科别以ICU、急诊科为明显。高风险职业,任务繁忙,日夜班交替,护患关系处理困难是产生压力反应的主要因素。护士人群主要通过积极行为、退缩行为、折衷行为三种机制来维持、调节心理的恒定状态。提示医院管理人员如何调节压力因素,改善护理人员的心理素质、适应行为是值得研究的课题。
Adopt questionnaire method to 195 nurses' working pressure reaction and adaptation mechanism for investigations. The result of statistics indicate that the reaction of the nurses' body and mind pressure is evident. Nervous, exasperate, depression, sensitivity is heightened. The incedence rate of sleeping obstacles rise, to 78. 46% , 50. 77%, 48. 20%, 61. 54% and 62. 25%. The department of emergency, ICU are the most obvious. The high-risk career, the bus-y work, the day-night shift alternation the difficulty of nurses' relations are the main factors of exerting the pressure reaction. The nurses are maintained by adjusting the psychological constant state through positive behavior, flinch behavior and compromise behavior. It has pointed out that how the hospital administrator to adjust the pressure factor, improve the nurses' psychological quality and adaptation behavior are worth studying.
