To inquire into being done the medical treatment guarantee of the army and local medical treatment guarantee by the military small hospital, it is expatiated in this article that the military small hospital should insist on the serving direction of the surname army and act soldier; insist on the guiding ideology acting the patient as the center; pay attention to meaning construction, change the management mode; enlist actively the competition of the medical treatment market; provide the experience for doing better the medical treatment guarantee of the army and local fields.
