为探讨新时期医院门诊部的建设与管理的经验 ,本文阐述了在市场经济体制下门诊部工作的特点 ;在医疗保障制度改革新形势下 ,医院应坚持以病人为中心 ;
To probe into the experience of the construction and the management of the out patient department in the hospital in new era, it is expounded in this article that the characteristic of the working in the out patient department under new market economy system; under new situation of the medical treatment guarantee system innovating, acting the patient as the center should been persevered in the hospital; it is put forward that the measure of the construction and the management in the out patient department in the hospital.
