本文介绍了醇性发酵乳发酵剂的制造方法及合理的生产工艺,对发酵剂中的微生物菌群进行了具体分析,确定了发酵的最适条件。
This article introduces the procedure in production and the reasonable produ- ction technology of alcoholic fermented milk.It conducts a concrete analysis to microbe bacterium-group in ferment and determines the most suitable condition for ferment.
