摘要
对双峰幼驼及胎儿组织矿物元素的含量进行了分析。结果表明 ,所测样品矿物元素的分布规律与成年双峰驼基本一致 ,幼驼和成年驼组织元素含量无明显差异 ,而胎儿组织 Cu含量显著低于幼驼和成年驼 。
The concentrations of six trace elements and three major elements were investigated in tissues of young bactrian camels and fetus.It was found that the concentration and distribution patterns of all elements in young bactrian camels was similar to those of bactrian camels .The zinc concentration of liver in fetus was considerably above the normal range for bactrian camels.Meanwhile,the copper concentration in fetus were lower than in bactrian camels.
