摘要
介绍了运用Excel程序的现有功能 ,开发概化法推求无资料地区设计洪水通用软件的方法。实例表明 ,该软件操作简单 ,提高了设计的速度和精度 。
This paper introduced a way to use the existing Excel program to develop probability method to ascertain universal flood software design in the area without observation data.The practice showed that the software was easy to use.It can accelerate the pace and increase the accuracy of design and is worthy of popularization.
