温和条件下脂肪胺间接电催化羰化合成二烷基脲 被引量:1

Synthesis of Dialkylureas by Indirect Electrocatalytical Carbonylation of Aliphatic Amines under Mild Conditions

摘要 在电化学可再生的钯配合物及铜共催化剂的存在下,利用间接电催化羰化法从脂肪族胺合成了相应的二烷基脲.实验结果表明,在50℃和常压条件下,一取代的脂肪族伯胺主要生成二烷基脲,并且具有很高的转化率和选择性,而脂肪族二胺在反应条件下则生成少量相应的二异氰酸酯.同时,溶剂对选择性有很大的影响. A novel synthesis of several dialkylureas by indirect electrocatalytical carbonylation of corresponding aliphatic amines was carried out at 50 degreesC and atmospheric pressure with an electrochemically regenerable palladium (II) as catalyst and copper (II) acetate as cocatalyst with excellent conversion and selectivity. The results show that the main products are dialkylureas for the mono - aliphatic amines and isocyanates for the diamines. Solvent has a strong impact on the selectivity.
