摘要
提出了薄层树脂相光度法测定锡的操作条件。采用在 0 .1 mol· L-1的 HCl介质中 ,以水杨基荧光酮 ( SAF)为显色剂 ,用阴离子交换树脂吸附测定锡。灵敏度比溶液光度法提高 80倍。除As( )、Sb( )、Fe( )外 ,其余共存离子基本无干扰。测定了天然水中锡 ,加标回收率为 93%~99%。
It is reported that trace amounts of Sn(Ⅳ) are determined by the thin layer resin phase photometry. Tin(Ⅳ) is reacted with salicylphenylfluorone in 0.1mol·L -1 HCl medium, and the colored complex is adsorbed on an anion exchange resin and the absorbance of the colored solid resin is determined. The sensitivity of this method is found to be 80 times higher than the method of the color reaction in solution. Most of the common co existing ions besides As(Ⅲ), Sb(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅲ), do not interfere with the determination. This method has been applied to the determination of tin in natural water with recoveries in the range of 93%~99%.
