摘要
知识经济时代呼唤高素质人才和高科技成果 ,作为教学和科研“两个中心”的高校 ,必须加大改革力度 ,在规模、质量、结构、效益上做文章 ,并把培养创新型人才作为教学改革的目标 。
The Period of knowledge economy call for high-quality talents. As two centers of teaching and research,the higher schools should strengthen the reformation in scale、quality、structure and effectiveness and develop into the mainstay of innovation system.Bringing up the innovating talents should be regarded as the goal of reformation.
