摘要
本文论述了数字化管理及其涵义、数字化管理将改变企业的管理模式和成长方式、数字化管理将改进企业的管理功能、企业如何实现数字化管理 ,指出数字化管理在实现管理创新、增强企业进入新世纪的国际竞争力、迎接加入WTO的新挑战方面具有重要的现实意义。
The implication of digitalization and digitalization managemegt is discussed. The changes of enterprise′s managemegt and growth models as well as the function of enterprise that will be brought by digitalization management are analyzed. How to carry out digitalization management by enterprises is listed. The comclusion is that digitalization managemegt will make great valuable contribution for enterprises to realize management innovation, to enforce competitive power in the world, and to meet the challenge of China′s entry into WTO.
