摘要
本文论述了最近新开发研究成功的一种新型的急弯射流分级技术的分级原理和特点。分级的粒径范围1—100μm,特别适于1—10μm的细颗粒。对分级前后的抛光粉进行了光学冷加工工艺对比试验,结果表明:产品的合格率和表面光洁度均有显著提高.
Expounded in this paper are the classification principles and characteristics of the new elbow jet classification technology.This technique isefficient for particulate diameter ranging from 1 to 100 microns (μm),par- ticularly suitable for particles from 1 to 10 microns (μm).Comparative exp- eriments were made on cold processing of optics with polishing powder before and after the classification,and the results show that the rate of quali- fied products is prominently increased and the surface finish is strikingly improved.
