摘要
将制备的CaO Fe2 O3 P2 O5 系统玻璃试样在 5 70~ 5 77°C下进行热处理 ,并在模拟生理液中浸泡 .经热处理及模拟生理液浸泡后的样品以XRD方法确定了主晶相 ,测定了微晶化后样品的密度、化学稳定性及磁滞回线 .试验表明 ,试样在磁场下能发热 ,经模拟生理液浸泡后能生成羟基磷灰石 (HAP) .
Glass samples used for magnetic hyperthermia were prepared from the CaO Fe 2O 3 P 2O 5 system. The samples were heat treated within the temperature range of 570~577 °C and treated by immersing in simulated physiological solution. Density and magnetic hyperesis loop of devitrified samples were measured. The primary crystalline phases of samples were determined by XRD. The results show that these samples can generate heat under the alternating magnetic field and magnetic hysteresis can be observed. The hydroxyl apatite(HAP) can be produced when these samples react with simulated physiological solution.
