摘要
目的 :研究高强玻璃纤维增强丙烯酸类树脂的力学性能。方法 :按要求制作丙烯酸树脂浇铸体 ,测试其强度 ;将高强玻璃纤维按 39.5 %、48.7%、5 6 .8%、72 .4%质量分数 ,与丙烯酸树脂制成单向纤维 /树脂复合材料 ,并测试其弯曲强度、弯曲模量和层间剪切强度。结果 :随着纤维含量增加 ,复合材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量呈显著性增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,可达弯曲强度 (1414.7± 6 4.5 ) MPa,弯曲模量 (39.6± 1.6 ) Gpa;层间剪切强度呈先升后降趋势 (P<0 .0 1) ,最低为 (5 8.7± 4.4) MPa。结论 :高强玻璃纤维对丙烯酸树脂的弯曲性能具有增强作用。复合材料的纤维含量不应过高。
?Objective:To study the mechanical property reinforcement of acrylic based resin by high strength glass fiber(S glass fiber). Methods: Acrylic based resin moulding specimens were made and the flexure strength were measured. 39.5%, 48.7%, 56.8% or 72.4% of S glass fiber was added into acrylic based resin respectively to prepare fiber reinforced composite resin(FRC) in a unidirectional form. The transverse strength,shear strength and fracture load of the FRC samples were measured. Results: The fracture load(MPa) of the FRC samples with 39.5%,48.7%,56.8% and 72.4% of S glass fiber were 718.2±34.9,843.7±83.2,1 094.1±37.5 and 1 414.7±64.5;the Young's modulus (GPa) 18.3±0.7,22.0±1.5,32.0±0.9 and 39.6±1.6;the shear strength 58.7±4.4,60.4±2.5,83.6±2.5 and 70.5 ±3.6,resptctively.Conclusion: The flexure property of acrylic based resin can be reinforced by the incorporation of S glass fiber. The fiber amount should not be higher than 80%.
