摘要
目的 :建立黄芪注射液中黄芪总皂苷含量测定的新方法。方法 :采用大孔吸附树脂吸附分离 ,以 5 %香草醛冰醋酸溶液和高氯酸为显色剂 ,比色法测定 ,测定波长为 5 36 nm。结果 :在 1 0~ 5 0 μg· ml- 1 浓度范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为98.0 4% ,RSD=1 .7%。结论 :方法简便 。
Objective: To establish a new method for measuring the content of total astragalin in Huangqi injection. Methods:Total astragalin was seperated by macroporous adsorbe resin, then measured by visible spectrophotometry with 5% veniua glacial acid solution and perchloric acid as developing olyes and detection wavelegth of 536 nm.Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10~50 μg·ml 1 with r =0.999 8, the average recovery and relative standard diviation were 98.04% and 1.7% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple. The result is accurate.
